This facility is fantastic to deal with and was very efficient. The DOT lost our drug test results and Christina was able to send them to us right away so that we were still in compliance. Great customer service !!!

We're a small company, just 2 drivers, a full time and a sub basically. We switched when our old consortium closed. In the old one, either one or both drivers were tested every quarter. With a fee each time. We have been very happy switching to New Era for last couple years. They have been very helpful as we tried a couple different testing locations. They were also quick in helping us designate them on the FMCSA website when we had issues re-designating them after tech issues with the FMCSA website. Anyway, the drivers are not going in for testing as often which helps when testing is 30+ minutes out of the way because of our remote location. Having the testing fee rolled into our yearly cost for New Era is also nice, and so far saving $$. The first time a driver went in for testing was a bit challenging but everyone worked together (testing site and New Era) to get it worked out. A driver went in yesterday for testing, and he was pleased with how easy it was.

This place is a SCAM. Stay away! They will refer the driver to a SAP, make up their own treatment plan(require multiple testing for their own profit) the SAP had not requested the follow up tests! He had no idea!!! The office manager, Anna working there is a rude, unprofessional person (probably related to the owners). She refused to provide records, claiming that the owner/operator could not have access to the treatment plan but the process had ended and the driver needed to restart the return to duty program. No wonder this place has so many 1 star reviews. Can’t be a coincidence.
